after the holiday glow

We were absolutely delighted when it began to snow on Christmas Eve at about 4:30. A white Christmas is a true rarity in the Port Townsend/Seattle are but my midnight, a hush had descended over the entire neighborhood and everything was smooth and white and quiet and magical.

The next day dawned white and bitterly cold. We were snuggled into the house and after opening our gifts, this crafty woman, this artist, became the monkey she is and jumped from branch to branch; now drawing, now knitting, now on line, now sewing. The energy released in me by this happy snow event was almost boundless. I must have redesigned my shop 12 times just in my head!

I will be working the shop tomorrow and making up projects for the upcoming class list. In the meantime, these are a few of my favorite designs from my on line shop. I expect I will be using them in new jewelry for both the shop and classes in 2018. Oh, and one more thing.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
